Through our assured buyback facility, many of our farmers earn over ₹1.5 lakh per acre annually, creating a stable and rewarding livelihood. Our Story
Ayuvana Farms & Lifesciences was born from the vision of Dr. Vrushali RK and Rajesh Phalke, who dreamed of creating something meaningful for farmers, society, and the planet. Their passion for natural wellness and their ability to inspire people laid the foundation of our journey. What began as a small initiative in medicinal farming has today grown into a mission that empowers farmers with quality seeds and seedlings, complete training, organic farming practices, and guaranteed buyback support. As we continue to transform lives through Shatavari, Ashwagandha, and other herbal crops, our dream is to take this movement even further by establishing advanced processing units, supplying premium herbal products to global companies, and expanding India’s presence in the international herbal market. We also aim to create Farmers’ Malls and digital marketplaces that provide every essential under one roof, ensuring better access, better income, and a better life. Dr. Vrushali Khedkar
Dr. Vrushali RK is the Chairman and Managing Director of Ayuvana Farming and Lifesciences, a leading organization in large-scale organic cultivation of botanical crops, medicinal herbs, and spices. Under her leadership, Ayuvana manages over 10,000 acres of certified organic farmland built on scientifically designed, climate-resilient agricultural systems, ensuring consistent quality, enhanced active-ingredient profiles, and high yields while maintaining organic integrity.
A strong advocate of sustainable agriculture in arid and drought-prone regions, Dr. Vrushali RK has empowered thousands of farmers through climate-smart practices, technical training, and assured market linkages. Her leadership has positioned Ayuvana as a trusted partner to global pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, wellness, and food industries—delivering traceable, responsibly grown botanical ingredients
Mr. Rajesh Phalke
Mr. Rajesh Phalke is a seasoned cultivation and supply chain expert with a rare blend of Chartered Accountancy and MBA credentials, combined with deep domain mastery in medicinal agriculture and health & wellness. He has successfully built and managed large-scale, commercial medicinal farming operations, delivering over 2,000 tonnes annually of Ashwagandha and Shatavari to leading nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and wellness companies. Currently overseeing 1,250+ acres of high-value medicinal crops, with a strategic roadmap to scale operations to 10,000 acres, he is recognized for creating reliable, quality-driven supply chains that meet stringent global compliance standards.
