We support farmers at every step by providing premium-quality seeds and seedlings, scientific guidance, and complete training from sowing to harvesting. Our focus is on promoting sustainable agriculture while improving the financial well-being of farming families.
Through our assured buyback facility, many of our farmers earn over ₹1.5 lakh per acre annually, creating a stable and rewarding livelihood. With continuous support, transparent processes, and hands-on cultivation training, we are helping farmers grow confidently—and their families thrive with happiness and security.

Our Story
Ayuvana Farms & Lifesciences was born from the vision of our founder, Mr. Rajesh Daulat Phalke, who dreamed of creating something meaningful for farmers, society, and the planet. His passion for natural wellness and his ability to inspire people laid the foundation of our journey. What began as a small initiative in medicinal farming has today grown into a mission that empowers farmers with seeds, seedlings, complete training, organic practices, and guaranteed buyback support. As we continue to transform lives through Shatavari, Ashwagandha, and other herbal crops, our dream is to take this movement even further by establishing advanced processing units, supplying premium herbal products to global companies, and expanding India’s presence in the international herbal market. We also aim to create Farmers’ Malls and digital marketplaces that provide every essential under one roof, ensuring better access, better income, and a better life. Mr. Rajesh Phalke
Mr. Rajesh Phalke is a highly effective, results-driven corporate leader who expertly blends Chartered Accountancy (CA) and an MBA with deep domain specialization in the Ayurveda, Agriculture, and Health & Wellness sectors.

Dr. Vrushali Khedkar
Dr. Vrushali Khedkar (MBBS, MS OB-GYN, MRCOG I)* is a distinguished Consultant Gynaecologist at Medicover Group of Hospitals and Associate Professor at IGMC Medical College &
Hospital, Aurangabad.
With clinical expertise in high-risk pregnancies, laparoscopy, infertility, gynaecological oncology, and aesthetic gynaecology, she is recognized for her skill in managing complex pelvic tumours.
Dr. Khedkar is a preferred Gynaecologist for many international patients, seeking advanced and compassionate care. Dr Vrushali has been a meritorious student during her both Undergraduate and post graduate education having passed as a Gold medalist in her subject from esteemed Government medical College and Hospital that imparts rich clinical experience on a variety of difficult cases. She also serves as the Managing Trustee of BSPM Medical Education and Research Trust and is the former CEO of a 300+ bedded tertiary care hospital, combining clinical excellence with strong leadership bringing a wealth of clinical and administrative experience.
